This example shows how to detect cells moving between different chambers and track how much time they spend there.

Our example has five main steps as shown in the analysis definition above:
segment and number the chambers naturally from top-left to bottom-right,
segment barely visible cells,
detect cells in chambers,
detect runs (when a chamber contains the same cell), and
show the chamber occupancy over the time.
