Create a recipe for each experiment type. Experiment type is defined by the following characteristics:
Environment for tracking (cytoplasm, nucleus)
Dye
Activation and illumination laser power
Exposure time

To create a new recipe select .
Recipes can be stored by using the save menu:

Save
Update an existing recipe.
Save as
Creates a new recipe.
Export
Export the recipe as a .spt file.
Import
SPT file generated on another configuration.
Recipes are stored in the analysis explorer.
Recipes can be modified (
Open)Recipes can be run on a single file or can be run by batch.
Warning
Recipes are set in a preview preview mode. Only a subset of the movie frames is analyzed. To run the recipe on the whole movie, press Run now.
