I-SPT module detects and tracks single molecules. It uniquely provides quality control tools for very short (2-3 frames) tracks.

The I-SPT analysis module is integrated in the analysis explorer directory of analysis. Launch Analysis Controls > Analysis explorer > Create new > Single Particle Tracking.
