Marks all available slides for acquisition.
Exchange Stage Insert... Switches the objective nosepiece position and moves the X, Y, and Z to the position safe for changing the stage insert. This position can be set in the Common tab of the 
Devices > Service Settings 
(Exchange Stage Insert Position).
Enter information common for all the scanned slides.
Live/Freeze Displays the live camera image according to the camera settings (the button changes to Freeze when the live image is shown).
Pre-Focus Moves Z to the focus position. This position is defined in the Common tab of the Devices > Service Settings (Z Default Focus Position).
Auto Focus Performs the fastest possible smart auto focus.
LUTs This button turns on/off the Look-Up Tables (LUTs) used to quickly modify color and brightness of the image. The LUTs control window is opened by clicking 
and it is closely described here: 
LUTs.
Auto LUTs This button adjusts the white slider position of all channels automatically with the purpose to enhance the image reasonably.
Joystick This feature requires a motorized XY stage and applies only to the hardware joystick. If turned on, the joystick movement direction corresponds to the observed live image. If turned off, the movement direction corresponds to the stage movement (rotated 90°).
Autosignal Automatically finds the optimal camera exposure and light power using an AI algorithm designed for fixed samples (prefers to use more light with short exposures).
Color, Mono Switches between the monochromatic and color channel visualization mode.
Settings Opens the acquisition settings used for adjusting the light intensity, exposure, aperture, field stop, and for selecting the condenser and filters.
Fit to Screen Adjusts the zoom factor to view exactly the whole image as big as possible.
Zoom 1:1 Adjusts the zoom factor so that one pixel of the image matches one pixel of your monitor.
Select a zoom factor from the drop-down menu.
