Displays the Help cursor, which allows you to get Help about any item in the NIS-Elements window. The Help is displayed when you invoke the corresponding item in NIS-Elements. This command connects to a web page maintained by the manufacturer and displays updates which are currently available for your hardware key (licence ID). Licence ID used with NIS-Elements is supplied automatically, or you can check updates for other licence numbers as well.

Important application events can be logged into a text file. Such information can be useful when solving out any non-standard application behavior. If ON, the log file is created and saved as:
"c:\ProgramData\Laboratory Imaging\Platform\Logfiles\lxapp_YYYY_MM_DD.log"

This command opens the folder where log files are being stored by the Explorer application.
