Add Binary to Graticule Mask🔗

This command appends the selected (visible) binary layers to the original contents of the Graticule mask.

Burn Scale🔗

This command inserts the current scale layer into the color image. The scale becomes part of the image. You will be prompt to select whether to process the current image, selected dimension, or the whole ND document.

Default Scale Position🔗

Moves the scale bar into its default position.

Deselect🔗

This command removes the selection from all the vector objects in the current document.

Calibrate Using Objective🔗

Sets calibration of the selected objective to the current image in micrometers/pixel. Micrometers are expected as Units.

Copy Binary to Graticule Mask🔗

This command copies the current graticule into the current binary image.

Delete All Layers🔗

Deletes all binary layers.

Draw Rectangular Background ROI🔗,

Draw Square Background ROI,

Draw Elliptic Background ROI,

Draw Polygonal Background ROI,

Draw Bezier Background ROI

Draws a background ROI having the selected shape.

Fix Background Offset to🔗

Fixes the background offset to the current value and stops updating it by values retrieved from the background ROIs.

Keep Updating Background Offset🔗

Sets the option if the background offset should be kept updated using the values retrieved from the background ROIs on the current image.

Lock Scale Position🔗

Locks/unlocks the scale bar in its position.

Move Graticules to Center🔗

This command restores the default position of the current grid.

Move Probe to Center🔗

This command moves the image probe to the center of the screen.

Reset Background Offset to Zero🔗

Resets the offset calculated by the background probe and switches the background probe off.

Scale Properties🔗

Defines properties of the scale bar.

Transparency🔗

Sets the selected transparency of the overlay image.
