Data Integrity Report

Data Integrity Report in the GPA application is in compliance with Title 21 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Part 11 defining the criteria under which electronic records and electronic signatures are considered trustworthy, reliable, and equivalent to paper records.

To generate the Data Integrity Report, reveal the context menu over a locked GPA run, select Data Integrity Report, select the path where the pdf file will be saved, name the file, click Save and choose a certificate signature.

Data Integrity Report typically contains:

  • General information - author, recipe name, recipe locking date, computer name, application version, date and time, path to the image.

  • Data integrity check - image data, binary data, acquisition settings, optics, calibration, camera information, recipe data and authentication.

  • Log - start and finish times for acquisition, segmentation, measurement and inspection.

  • User adjustable settings

  • Manual inspection - number of edited objects and time of the report creation.
